Hi my Name is

I've Been Here Since: 2005-10-10
DOB: Oct. 1, 2003 (approx)
Gender: Male
Size: approx. 60 lbs

My Behavior:

Yet another Katrina dog. Like so many of them, it took some time before they were over the trauma of what they endured. Cash was one of them. One can only imagine what these dogs went thru in those weeks of trying to survive until rescuers found them. Though Cash is very sweet, he does have some behavioral issues that warrants him staying with us. Help him forget his past and give him a uplifting future.

I just sponsored Cash. I wish I could do more. I would love to own one of your dogs, but already have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My animals are my pride and joy. Thank God for people like you. I have a new appreciation for pit bulls.

Cash, you look like you could be King’s brother and I just couldn’t choose between your handsome mugs which is why I had to sponsor both of you. You are in good hands. Behave for the nice people, ok? :)

Cash, I hope to come visit you soon. You look just like my Sadie. That’s why I am going to sponsor you and bring you lots of nice treats.

I chose to sponsor Cash as I have grown to love Pit Bulls, and they always seem to be so happy to see me. I love this show, and fully believe in its concepts. When I lived in Lincoln, NE, I was a prison volunteer, and I still correspond with several inmates in three different states although I’m no longer in NE. Two of “my guys” have been in dog training programs, so they will be thrilled to know I’m doing this.

Additionally, I am a member of Earthbridge Inc, based in FL which helps give (mostly) incarcerated American Indians a voice It s give them an outlet through stories, poems, art work and prayers. When we are able to help them out with ceremonial items, we do this too. They are also corresponded with by others; I’ve got too many of my own to write to.

Sponsoring Cash makes perfect sense to me… I doubt that I will ever be able to get out to VillaLobos to visit my sponsored pooch, and I can’t adopt one because it’s too large a dog for this condo compound. This hasn’t stopped me from threatening people in this place that I will adopt one – just to see their reactions.

I’m sure I am as goofy as Cash and I’m so happy to be doing this for Tia and VilleLobos..

Look at that face. You can’t help but fall in love. As soon as I start my new job in January, I will certainly be able to sponsor one of these wonderful pups. It’s wonderful there are those here who are sponsoring, Cash and other pups on this sight.
Tia and family, you all are doing such a wonderful service to these wonderful. God bless you all.

I always say, if I win the lottery, all my money is going to the care and happiness of Pitbulls of the world! Such a misunderstood breed. I do all I can to help. LOVE YOU CASH!!!!

My son Eli is now sponsoring Cash. We are a military family and due to base regulations cannot own a pit bull. However we love your cause. Both of my children got to pick out a dog to sponsor. They cant wait to watch for them on the show :)

Cash you’re in a good place, even if you do have an attitude.I will try to make your life better by sponsoring you, sending some goodies, and I will visit you, now that your in the New Orleans. I am only a hop, skip, and a jump away from you, I live in Florida.

Cash, you are the most handsome dog that I have ever seen. If I was 18, no doubt, I would adopt you. But I’m very far from that age. I hope that you find your forever home soon. Tia, I just love what you are doing for these poor dogs and the parolees. It gives them a chance to turn their lives around. May god bless you, your family, the guys, and your dogs you have rescued. :)

My Wife and I sponsored Cash. Something about him that drew us to him. Even though we would like to help them all. We hope to someday be able to take one home. Maybe we will plan a trip to visit.

We were reading all the Lifer’s stories. It was so hard to decide which cutie to sponsor. Cash stole our hearts. We hope that our contribution to his care helps him enjoy his life at Villalobos. Hopefully, one day, we can take the trip to meet him and get to personally know the personality behind this amazing strong willed Pitty <3
