Class clown is the word that comes to mind with this big Argentine Dogo/Pit Bull mix. Firstly he is HUGE and very tall. His tail is so strong and non-stop wiggly waggly, that he can wipe off a coffee table in one swipe and….give you welts on your legs at the same time. Oh what you go thru to have a happy dog. But Dude's life didn't start off so well. He was originally turned into the animal shelter because he jumped out of a second story window and broke his legs. His owner didn't have either an explanation of what happened nor the money to pay the vet bill. So the animal shelter took "The Dude" on handled all of his medical. He of course bounced right back and is one of our most athletic dogs here! He loves to run, run, run…..and HE LOVES THE WATER! He would make the ultimate biking, jogging and hiking dog. He ADORES everyone he meets and literally nothing bothers this dog! But what we love the most are his insanely goofy antics and all you can do is laugh. We're thinking that if they are casting for "The Hangover, part 3" this is your man!!!

Hi my name is kishan and im from the UK i absolutely love pitbulls . Dude is an amazing dog , i love what you do Tia i watch your show every week. If only Pitbulls were allowed in the UK i would not even hesitate to go get one. I believe Pitbulls are really friendly towards people e.g Daddy cesar milans dog, and will only be aggresive if the owner trains it to be that way.
Keep it up Tia hopefully i can come help out at Villalobos one day.and good luck

What a beautiful dog, my children and I wish we lived closer to your rescue and that we would be able to adopt this amazing dog…or any of your dogs Tia, as a previous rescuer I respect and appreciate your endless drive and passion for saving this wonderful breed and giving not only the dogs new beginnings, but the lives of the pit lovers that you touch by doing your work. He looks to be an amazing dog just like my pit akida mix but northern Michigan is to far from CA to adopt
i would love to give the big guy a home here on our lake.. but sadly I dont qualify for and adopter because i live in Alaska and own two pit mixes already…:(
Tia I love pitbulls and parolees and I ADMIRE ALL the work that you,the kids and the parolees have done for the pitbulls and saving their lives.I will love to adopt one of the pitbulls of villalobos but I live in puerto rico

o.m.g. is what comes to mind when i seen dude. hes soooo beautiful i love hys white coat n how tall he is. he kinda looks half pit half great daiin…i love him already. i have a huge heart for pitbulls i think there an amazingly beautiful creatures and they shouldnt be looked down uppon. i would love to some day go out there to yur pitbull sanctuary , heck id love to work with yall someday that would be pretty neat. well if yu can get back at me that would be really exciting. also when i turn 18 in august thys year commming up i will be adopting one of your pretty babies. i watch your show n im a huge fan. im behind yu all the way and the decisions you make as well for the pits. your a wonderful person and id love to meet yu soon. ttyl _ clara marie a.k.a lala
Omg!!! This dog is beautiful!!!! I want him sooo bad but my pit bull baby is kinda dog aggressive towards bigger dogs… Like she’s scared or feels threatened by them
she’s crazy goofy like him!!! But she’s slated and I don’t understand it, cause she loves our two little dogs… I just wish I could get this guy!!! He would love it here!!!!
He is BEAUTIFUL! i would love to meet you tia and all your workers, i know what second chances are like too! and my pitbull maybel, i gave her a second chance. my friend had her and was moving and couldnt keep her anymore, the guy who wanteed her was going to use her for fighting, i couldnt let that happen to her, she was way to sweet,it shouldnt happen to any dog,people should not let get dogs into the bad things we do,they just want to be loved! and your right pitbulls are just a very misunderstood breed. my pit is the sweetest dog ive ever owned! she thinks she is a lap dog lol.i let her be! i would love to come out there and help you all! it would be great to come out there and go to school there and help yall do the great things you do! i would love to talk to ya! maybe i can get out there sometime! you do a great thing,with the dogs and the people who need your help! like i said i understand second chances, ive been into some trouble myself and thank god for my mom who made a second chance for me possible.

WOW,ive never seen a more beutifull pit in my life,my fiance, our son, and i are going to fill out an aplication for one of your dogs, my son had always wanted a baby brother or a dog we realy want to make his dream come tru, and we would give the dog a great home, i am also a ex-parolee so it would meen alot to me and my family to get one of your dogs and is definatly worth the cost to deliver one to NE Ohio.
Gorgeous dog! He’d make a great companion for my first dog, Carmella. They have the same build and similar personalities. I just wish you were nearer to Georgia. He looks like he’d make a good agility dog!
i looked threw alot of dogs and had my breath taken from me. im still trying to convince my parents to get another dog since my dog Duke, half pit and german short hair, is about to be 17 years old and might pass soon and Dude looks great to have. I’m about 17 now but if my parents let me get a dog I’m hoping and praying that i can have Dude and pray he is still around so i can have him.
I fell in love the second I saw him. I’ve been looking for a friend big enough to play with my cane corso mastiff. I started to fill out the adoption paper work and my heart sank, sadly I live in Missouri and you do not adopt dogs to homes out of state with existing pets. If that ever changes please let me know! Id love to give him a home and a pretty puppy lady friend for the rest of his life.
i would love to have this dog he looks so sweet and how you discribed him he reminds me of my own pitbull copper he just turned 1 on 11-27-10. he is just a goof ball but hes really sweet and kind a plus hes is protective over my little cusions. the only thing i dont like is that he thinks hes a lap dog and is always climbin in my lap im the only one he’ll do it too.
Please, please, please no one take him before July when I buy my house! My daughter has her eye on this beautiful boy and wants him with all the love a 6-1/2 y/o animal obsessed kid has. She dvr’s pitbulls and parolees so that she can watch it non-stop. We have the perfect blk lab/boxer mix girlfriend for him that enjoys all the sames things: hiking, jogging, water, etc…love!
We have a Dogo/Pitbull mix in our home that looks exactly like this beautiful boy. Trust me when I say these are one of the best dogs to have! Dogos are extremely patient with all kinds of children, a great family dog, and protective of it’s family members. My four year old daughter loves our Dogo/Pitbull (a rescue dog we named Junaeu) and she is constantly using him as a pillow when they watch tv together.

Oh my god…..I wish we owned our home with a big back yard. My fiance and I have absolutely fallen in love with the Argentino Dogo breed and plan to own one one day. We actually found one in a shelter in Miami a few years back. They would not let us adopt him though unless we went down there twice in one week. Living in the Tampa area and both of us working we could only manage to get there once and they refused to budge. So instead they said the dog would just be euthanized since they get 150 dogs a day. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Dogos are so fascinating and loving.
I am going through the process of buying a home. When that process is over, I hope that I can adopt this “little dude”
