DOB: approx. July 1997
Gender: Male
Size: he's a short and stocky dude
My Behavior:
Gary was one of those typical L. A. statistics. A stray roaming the mean streets of South Central Los Angeles. He was picked up by animal control with chemical burns all over his back (also typical for this breed in this area). He was literally on his death bed and we didn't think he would make it. But one afternoon, when unpacking some donated items, Gary came to life when he saw a ball. It was then that we saw this "elderly" dog was not so elderly afterall. Gary bounced back (no pun intended, well maybe just a little bit) and absolutely will die for a ball and to play fetch. Though he is about 13 years old, he has the energy of a 2 year old. Believe it or not, Gary will require an active and Pit Bull savvy owner. He has no plans of slowing down yet. We absolutely ADORE this dog and his piss and vinegar attitude. He's a lot of fun and a complete goof ball! Just look at the picture below:)
Kids: good, but he needs bigger kids as he plays pretty rough

Gary is the best old man. He has so much personality. Gary is very aware of what is going on, despite his age. He loves to go on long walks, loves his tennis balls and eating hot dogs.
i wish people adopting would even think of adopting an older dog, i would but im only 11 and cant have any more pets
I absolutely fell in love this guys pic and profile….too bad I live in arkansas and have an active 2yr old male pit of my own. Someone needs to scoop him up!!! Adorable!!!
I love Pitbulls!! I really want one but my mom and dad won’t let me get one. I’ve been trying for years!!!! I’m 14 and I love older dogs. I feel as though they are the ones that don’t get adopted. Someone please adopt him!!!!
