DUTCH
Found as a stray in the state of Utah, someone lost out on a GREAT dog! Dutch is a very outgoing and super friendly dog. She is excellent in the house and is absolutely perfectly crate trained. She is great on leash and LOVES to go for walks. But her most favorite thing in the world is to play ball/fetch. She will do it for hours and goes bonkers for any toy actually but tennis balls are her favorite. And it's for this reason, that though she is great with kids, she will do better in a home with older kids because she is so high drive over her toys. And she is well behaved around other dogs and cats but does need to be the only dog in the home. This diva isn't about to share her dressing room with any other four legged creatures. If you are looking for a dog that is fun and can go camping, hiking, etc yet still lay on the couch with you, Dutch is the chick for you!

Got something to say?

Hi there
If only you could’ve delivered to South Africa
I watch your program on discovery, love the work you are doing keep it up!
I lost my dog about a year ago,he looked just like Dutch
I would’ve taken her with a smile!
Hope she goes to a loving home!
You guys are doing a awesome service!
KEEP IT UP!
I also need help. I have 2 female pitbulls, that I have had since puppies. Lady is 9 and donuts is 7 (mother and daughter), but unfortunately I can no longer keep them because we are going to be moving and we cannot take them with us. I don’t know what to do anymore. I have tried everything and my fear is for some place to put them to sleep. is there anything that you can do to help and it will be greatly appreciated.
We can’t take on any more dogs right now, but if there is any way you can move and just keep looking for a place that will let you take them, is the best thing you can do. Finding new homes will take creativity and diligence, you need to post them online (try http://www.pbrc.net). You can also look on Petfinder.com and find other groups in your zip code area, network the dogs wherever you can think of but at the end of the day, taking them with you is always going to be the best thing to do. You might look into boarding kennels for the short term while you look for housing that will allow them. Hope that helps.
Dutch is such a beautyful looking dog id love to have her we are moving to navada and my dad said we could get one and i really want a pit bull so bad and Dutch would be perfect but sadly she isnt good with other dogs cuz we have a black lab named Shade:( But best wishes to you Dutch
Absolutely gorgeous!! Dutch reminds me of my first pit bull…her
and i now have a pit mix that i adopted from a shelter when she was 8wks old for my son (shes the best dog) I’m totally convinced that this breed is extremely amazing and i will always own a pit bull. Keep up the good work…all of you are heroes in my eyes!
name was Tia. High energy and would run and play ALL DAY! I adopted her from a couple that just wasn’t taking care of her properly, don’t think they ever did anything with her and she smelled like nasty garbage when i went n got her…ya she got a much needed bath when we got home. She is now gone
LOVE LOVE LOVE this dog. I fell in love with her on volunteer day and would take her home if not for living in an apartment. She is GREAT on the leash and has such an amazing personality. Maybe I will move into a house just so I can adopt Dutch
Dutch would love that if you did!
i would love to adopt dutch, but i live in a apartment that doesn’t allow dogs
otherwise i would’ve taken her with a heartbeat! she look very awesome!
How would Dutch do with a male. I have a one year old baby boy named Menace the Great who is the love of our life, but we think he needs a sister.
I saw Dutch on your t.v. show the other night. I started laughing when she started howling. SO wish I could adopt her
That dog is absolutely gorgeous. I would love to adopt this dog. Would there be any problem with North Dakota? I turn 18 on the 26th of december so i will have more time to think.
I would love to learn more about Dutch. I was wondering would i be able to adopt Dutch if i live in Arizona? If so i do want to come visit her and get to know her more.
I’ve completely fallen in love with her! If I lived in the States, i’d give her her forever home in a heartbeat…!!! Love her <3
Take a look at our adoption process page.
I Love Dutch She Is So beautiful but it says WE DO NOT ADOPT DOGS OUT OF STATE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN EXISTING PET IN THE HOME but I have A shih tzu and i would love 2 have duch and how much are u adopting them 4
Your canine really should become your household buddy and best good friend, as well as positive you’d probably wish to acquire him together with you traveling as well as car park walks. You’ll be able to handily carry out … dog food
Dutch is beautiful! She’s everything I’m looking for in a dog. I’ve been watching the show for 6 months now and have been inspired to adopt one of the villalobos dogs. I love everything that you stand for and hope to support what you do. I do live in WA and can’t have dogs where I’m at, HOWEVER, I am moving this summer. I WILL find a place where I can have dogs. My hope and pray is that she’ll still be available and that we can work out the whole adoption process. I send my love Dutch!
I would LOVE to adopt but unfortunately i live in the UK However i am supporting you in every way posssible I love the show i watch it every saturday ! I am only eleven and when i’m older i’d love to help out and volounteer! Good luck for the parolees the pits and the family keep up the great work and together we will stop the abuse of all animals
she is just beautiful i hope she finds a great home!!!
Ever since I saw Dutch in a past episode I have had a heart string attatched. I’m sad to see she isn’t into living with other dogs. I have a blue Pitt named Brodie, and a chihuahua named Minnie. They are best friends and share the love with a cat named Shem. I cant imagine our lives with out Brodie and we have shared our home with other Pitts as they past through our lives. They are amazing animals. Bless your organization and all the people involved. <3
I absalutly fell in love with this dog when i first saw her. If i would hop on a plane right now to go get her, but i have a five month old baby and four other dogs already living with me. (1 mine, 1 my husbands, and 2 my mother in laws) also my dog mates big dogs, dosnt attack visciously but bullys them around, barking and chasing. (you know jack russels) and my husbands dog is a crazy little 3 year old pit boy that is so hyper other dogs take it as agressivness, thus he has to stay in a crate most of the time. Poor boy :/ once he calms down hes the sweetest thing too.
And may i say your show (and the turtle man :3) are the only reasons i watch animal planet anymore, their other shows are a joke. You are all amazing people and if i didnt live litterally on the other side of the country i would spend all my free time volunteering and helping in any way i can.
Hello Dutch, my old friend.
This old man feels your old soul and knows your heart. You are spirited and proud and and full of love. What a grand cut you make in your photo with your head high and your legs fully planted. I will provide you what little I can to content you in your senior years while your next life partner finds you.
If not for my sever emphysema and short term expectancy it would be me entering your cage for a grand hello. Look for tubes and tubes of tennis balls coming your way soon and tell Tia anything else you might need so she can rely it to me.
Chow,
Bill
