Mr. Wilson’s Chains
His name is Mr. Wilson and despite having such a strong name, his life has been nothing but neglect and pain. A few days ago we got a 911 email from a woman in a rural part of Louisiana, pleading for help for a dog chained up behind her home. Prada has arrived…

40 DOGS IN 30 DAYS . . .
We were warned that New Orleans would be tougher to deal with than Los Angeles when it came to the "dog problem". But nothing could prepare us for what we're dealing with now. We are literally drowning in dogs, dogs turned loose in front of our facility, dogs chained up, dogs in boxes, you name it. Our Grand Opening
They said it couldn't be done. We moved over 150 Pit Bulls across the country to their new home in New Orleans, Louisiana. BRAUNY BROOKS AND THE DOGS OF GWINNITT COUNTY JAIL
In July of last year we had the great pleasure of visiting the jail in Gwinnitt County, GA to see their incredible dog program. We went with them to pick up an emaciated pit bull called Brauny Brooks. He's been fattened up, trained and is now ready for a new home. OUR FIRST NEW ORLEANS RESCUE…
Though we've rescued so many dogs from NOLA, today's was the first since we've made the "Big Easy" our home. This was our 911 of the day…. We had an elderly couple, still down on their luck after Katrina, who had befriended two female Pit Bull mixes. Tuscaloosa K9 Camp dog rescue Our Doppleganger
This American flag was all that stood at the former site of the Tuscaloosa K9 Camp dog rescue and training center. It stood for the 20 plus dogs that lost their lives on April 27, 2011. Bully Boot Camp – Week #1
Well we got thru the first week! We couldn't have made the moving into the new facility without this dedicated and very very hard working group of volunteers. Working from literally sun up to sundown, they busted their asses to get our dogs comfortable and into their new digs here in New Orleans.
