Hi my Name is

I've Been Here Since: 2011-02-11
Gender: Female

My Behavior:

Our resident gargoyle awaits your presence. Calibos has always been a mysterious yet spunky character. But don't let his monster like looks scare you off. He's actually a very lovable guy and LOVES to play in the water after a nice long walk. If you're looking for a "wild" time then this little creature needs your sponsorship!

There’s something about Calibos that reminds me of my beloved Chow Sasha. She was the queen of my house until she passed 2 years ago. She ruled over my German Shepards and husky. There was such a void in the house after she passed that we adopted our first pitbull from the NVASPCA. Now I’m pitbull all the way and have rescued and kept a second pitbull. Calibos has the same strength and regal bearing in his picture that she had. What a badass!

Calibos looks like the king of the jungle. He looks like he’s keeping a watchful eye on things.

After the untimely death of Nate due to Cancer, I have decided to
sponsor Calibos. I think he looks like a professor just waiting for the right college to hire him. He really does need a spectacle though. I am disabled and use a power wheel chair, but if I ever get the chance I would love to visit him and have some one help me take him for a walk. Where will he be located? Thanks for all you folks do for these dogs. Can we mail special treats and chew bones to our sponsored dog?

Loyality is hardest emotion to find. The closest I’ve found lives inside parents for their children. But, a close second is the loyalty of a dog for it’s favorit person in the world. They never think twice. They’ll stand between you and danger and give their life for yours. Even a squeaky Chihuahua–except a Pit doesn’t go down quiet as easy.
Sadly, in today’s world, those good people are harder to find. Though many have changed, it’s funny how dogs haven’t. Loyalty…too bad more people weren’t like Pitbulls when it comes to that emotion.
    Villa-Lobos gets my monthly donation.

As I sit here looking at your page and all the babies you love and tend to my eyes keep coming back to this amazing baby. My heart has be stolen by Calibos. What a great dog. I told my husband i want to go and get him and bring him home TODAY. He laughed, we have 3 of what we call mini pit bulls, we have 3 boston terririze the shit out of everything. So he told me I could sponser and maybe go and visit. So I will be doing just that soon. Thank you all so much for what you do and the love you send out into the world.

Is he a lifer? He looks so sweet. I love pitts and wish I could give all the ones that cannot get a home a home. If it wasnt for my husband saying we have to many I would not be able to walk through the house for them. I hate seeing them lonely.

I’m happy we can help these dogs even though we all can’t adopt. I’m a proud sponsor of Calibos you handsome guy.

In the gender file she’s listed as Female, and in the description she is described as male. Either way, he or she is gorgeous pitty.

I wish I had the money to sponsor all these dogs. They have such strength in there eyes. I long for that strength and have started my journey on finding it. I plan on sponsoring as soon as I start my new job. I know that I live too far away to come see the dog I want to sponsor but I hope my contribution soon to come will be enough. Thank you guys for showing your compassion that I was afraid humanity had lost. Everyone of you is very inspirational.
